CA333 Management Services (pty) Ltd services will be divided into two broad categories namely; Real Estate Brokerage Services, and Property Management.

Real Estate Brokerage Services

CA333 Management Services (pty) Ltd principal service will be dealing with the selling residential real estate to its targeted market, and surrounding market area. The Real Estate Brokerage services provide clients with both national and international network of buyers and sellers through the multiple listing services (MLS). Also, because of the Company’s capabilities to network with other brokers, the brokerage will sell homes faster than our clients could if they tried to market their home without the assistance of a licensed real estate agent.

Property Management

In addition to providing real estate brokering services, CA333 Management Services (pty) Ltd will also manage residential and commercial properties for customers in its targeted market. Property management is also a very vital aspect of CA333 Management Services (pty) Ltd services as it will provide the Company with a recurring stream of revenue.
